I got the dress Finally. I feel sooooooooooooo relieved. You can’t imagine how stressed it was. I couldn’t sleep at night. Seriously. There wasn’t a single dress that suits me & I like at the same time. It either made me look fat, or didn’t suit my shape. And the ones that suited me were either too plain or too much!!!
I wanted a dress that looks like a bride’s one. And I cared a lot about the back, the one I got is amazing. It has a little tail that can be attached to the dress during the reception so you’re free to move during the dance .. Awesome.
At the store they also helped me pick up a veil, which is really important. Because you can have a gorgeous dress and ruin it by choosing the wrong veil. Here is the rule, long dress = short veil and vice versa. Also, you should choose the veil suiting your dress’s fabric. If the dress has lace then the veil should too. If the dress is satin, you can have a veil with a small satin edge, they look really elegant.
The last thing about this is the shoes you’re wearing. The dress should be just touching the ground, not less & not more. So it’s comfy to walk in, yet doesn’t look bad when you sit down. Be careful to these little details as they can ruin everything. See you next week with more news.
